    Director of Operations

    Anthony joined The Share Foundation in 2012 and has overall responsibility for all work undertaken by the charity, including strategy and governance. Anthony is committed to the mission of The Share Foundation and during his tenure the staff roster has grown from five staff members to the current level of 16 staff.

    Sue Parsons

    Operations Manager

    Sue oversees operational delivery across the charity, supporting service development, partnerships and cross-team collaboration. She is passionate about creating efficient systems and services that enable meaningful impact for the young people The Share Foundation supports.

  • Kathryn Caswell

    Major Donations Fundraiser
    With us since the start in 2006, Kathryn leads engagement with major donors, grant fundraising and building partnerships that help strengthen and grow the charity’s impact. She is passionate about connecting people with the charity’s mission and creating opportunities for meaningful involvement. Kathryn believes that strong partnerships and shared purpose can create lasting positive change for young people.

  • Willem de Villiers

    Willem de Villiers

    Finance Manager
    Willem oversees financial operations, supporting budgeting, reporting, financial planning and compliance across the charity. Willem manages the contributions team and works across the charity to ensure financial resources are managed effectively. William’s aim is to ensure the charity’s financial sustainability so it can continue creating opportunities and delivering long-term impact for children and young people.

    Administrator – Contributions Liaison
    Darius administers all contributions into the accounts of young people in care. This includes contributions into individual accounts and bulk contributions from Local Authorities and Fostering Agencies. Darius also administers all incentive rewards from both life skills programmes. Darius is driven by the opportunity to contribute towards brighter futures for children and young people facing disadvantage.

    Contributions Liaison administers all contributions into the accounts of young people in care. This includes contributions into individual accounts and bulk contributions from Local Authorities and Fostering Agencies. Contributions Liaison also administers all incentive rewards from both life skills programmes.

  • Dagmar Taylor

    Dagmar Taylor

    LA Liaison Manager
    Dagmar supports the LA Liaison team and has communication with all of the Local Authorities dealing with any outstanding data submissions and any accounts with specialist circumstances. Dagmar also oversees and delivers on our bilateral agreements for adult care leavers. She is motivated by helping young people move into adulthood with greater confidence.

    Administrator – LA Care & Liaison
    Debra joined us in 2016 and works closely with the local authorities in regions of Scotland, North East, East Midlands and East Anglia. Debra is responsible for all account administration, valuation reporting and LA communication around long term savings accounts. Debra is committed to working collaboratively with local authorities to help ensure young people in care receive the support and opportunities available to them.

    Administrator – LA Care, CTF & HMRC Liaison
    Des works closely with the local authorities in regions of London and the South East. Des is responsible for all account administration, valuation reporting and communication with LA’s, HMRC and account providers around long term savings accounts. Des is passionate about creating strong partnerships that improve outcomes for children and young people in care.

    Administrator – LA Care & Liaison
    Naresh works closely with the local authorities in regions of Wales, Northern Ireland, West Midlands, South West and North West . Naresh is responsible for all account administration, valuation reporting and LA communication around long term savings accounts.

    Account Liaison Support
    Rina administers and follows up with all requests to locate Junior ISA’s and Child Fund Accounts. Rina processes all applications with support from The Tracing Group, and also escalates queries to HMRC when required. Rina enjoys helping young people to problem solve in order to claim their accounts.

  • Siân McCarthy

    Siân McCarthy

    Account Liaison Support
    Siân administers and follows up with all requests to locate Junior ISA’s and Child Fund Accounts for young people and takes deep care in investigating complex queries. Siân processes all applications with support from The Tracing Group and HMRC.  Siân also escalates queries to HMRC when required. You’ll often speak to Siân if you call The Share Foundation with a query or email into info@sharefound.org. Siân is motivated by helping young people access their accounts that may otherwise remain out of reach.

    IT Manager
    Leigh has developed and manages all aspects of the charity’s data management and workflow. Leigh is committed to developing and maintaining secure and reliable systems that support the charity’s growing day-to-day impact.

    IT and Database Support Officer
    Rico proactively works closely with the whole team on the day to day running of systems and technical processes. Rico is driven by finding practical solutions that strengthen the organisation’s ability to support young people.

    Programme Manager - Stepladder Plus
    Natasha leads the delivery of Stepladder Plus, our financial education programme for young people in care. Natasha is passionate about supporting children and young people to build brighter futures through access to financial resources and wider life skills.

  • Josie Rylance

    Josie Rylance

    Programme Coordinator for Stepping Forward and DSL
    Josie delivers our core Stepping Forward: Performing Arts for Life programme, as well as the public facing version Stepping Forward: Explore. Josie also is the Designated Safeguarding Lead for the charity and has further expanded her role to cover Social Media and Partner Outreach/Collaborations. Josie is passionate about creating opportunities that help young people build confidence and reach their potential.

    Jackson Pentland

    Team Support
    Jackson is supporting the team on a short term basis, covering daily administrative tasks and system queries. Jackson is always looking for ways to support the charity to improve and streamline systems.
