Controlling your personal information

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We may occasionally use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting.

Sometimes we contract third parties to process your information on our behalf.  We require these third parties to comply strictly with our instructions and data protection laws.

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act.  A small fee will be payable and you will be required to prove your identity with two pieces of approved identification). If you would like a copy of the information held on, you please email us.

Refund of donations

We do not provide refunds unless:

  • a card has been used fraudulently. Under these circumstances we will require confirmation from your card provider.

  • a duplicate payment has been made. 

Any refund request should be made within 40 days of the transaction date.
